I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Old Navy (Huntsville, AL) in Jul 2009
Interview
One interview in a group of three applicants. Not difficult at all. Just be yourself and try to overcome any overt shyness. The people at this organization seem very nice, be advised, however, that if you get a part-time position with this company, that they do massive hiring in the late summer in order to prep for the holidays. As a result, they have way more employees than they need. I was promised 20 hours per week, but more often than not, I was scheduled for 12-16, and was called in advance before shifts and asked to stay home.

I filled out the application online and then was called the next day for an interview. I was asked to bring two forms of ID with me to the interview, which was something I had never experienced before. They called me with a set time and date already set, luckily I was available.

Interview
Well I applied online about a month prior to receiving a call from the employer, I was asked if I was still interested and then asked several questions during short phone interview. The next day I had to come in for 1:1 interview which lasted about 5 minutes, very brief, and then asked to come back for a second interview with manager since I did well. My final interview with the manager is this Friday (8/13/10).
Basically consists of three interviews; one phone interview, and two 1:1
