The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Old Navy in Nov 2009
Interview
I was called in for an interview. I interviewed with one of the managers and was simply asked questions about myself. This was my first ever interview, so I was nervous but I made sure I came across as confident. I dressed nicely and wore a skirt. Dress for success. After that interview, I was offered to come back the next day for another interview. For that interview, I was asked more in-depth questions, like situational and I ended up getting the job.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Old Navy (Seattle, WA) in Jun 2009
Interview
I applied online and about 1 or 2 weeks later, I received a call for an interview. The first interview was with one of the managers. Then, I had a second interview with the visual manager/co-manager. A few days later, i was offered the job on the phone and started training.
The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Old Navy in Oct 2009
Interview
I originally applied online and got a call a few weeks later when they started hiring. I scheduled an interview for the next day. When you first get there, they'll usually tell you to just look around until they're ready for you (usually because the interview before you isn't done yet.) Then whichever manager is interviewing you will take you to an office in the back. Most of the questions were pretty typical like "Why do you want to work here?" "What makes you a good fit for Old Navy?" A lot of the questions were phrased "Describe a time when you..." and she would ask about things you've accomplished either at other jobs or academically.
