Old Navy interview questions

I went into the store to apply and was directed to their website for the process. The online application is pretty typical- they ask a lot of questions about what you would or wouldn't do in certain situations at work. They also have a few picture questions where you say what you think is wrong with the photo of the mannequins and the clothes that are folded around them. I was given a 1 on 1 interview at the store and it went well. There were standard behavioral questions, a few about my personal experience, and then a short role playing stint where I had to convince the 'shopper' to get an Old Navy Card.

Applied online and got a call within a few days. It was a training manger who asked a few question and asked me to come in for in interview the next day. It was a group interview with pretty standard interview and "get to know" questions. After the interview I got a call a couple days later with a job offer and we set up an orientation date. I think it help that I shopped in the store right before the interview lol
