Old Navy interview questions

It was a group interview. Hiring manager asked like over 30 behaviorial questions. After that he told us to go on the sales floor and interact with customers. He took us back to room and Informed me that he would call or email me. He obviously hired two other people right on the spot.

You go in, They ask you a few questions and if you're the one they call you back for a second and sometimes third interview.
