Old Navy interview questions

It was actually a very laid back interview process. The manager did a double interview, with me and another girl. He was funny, and made me feel comfortable almost instantly so I was not nervous at all, and the questions were simple. We joked around, and did the interview which was actually pretty brief. Maybe a little over 15 minutes. I was however caught off guard when we had to go through the store, pick out an outfit and 'sell' it to one of the other managers! I was nervous for that part, but luckily they were really cool and friendly about it, so I survived it!! haha. But, anyway yeah easy interview process. Finished and got called with a job offer two days later. Started a few days later.

Basic interview based on behaviorl based question, a phone interview first than two in person interviews. If your upbeat and want to enjoy every day of work than old navy is the place for you!
