I applied online. I interviewed at Old Navy (Visalia, CA) in May 2014
Interview
I applied online and got called in a month later. It was a group "audition" basically how to see our personality. There was some pretty wacky girls and I bet they got job offers just because they were trying to make the managers laugh. I got rejected and it's so not fair jist because I wasn't cracking jokes every five minutes. They talked about selling old navy cards and how its important but they obviously didnt care that I had experience in that and was pretty good at it.

All interviews were done same day at one location. There are both group and one on one interviews. The interviewing and training process is very streamlined. I had a great time with it and you will too.

During the initial interview we had to roll a dice and whatever side it landed on that was the department we had to go in. I landed on kid's so I had to choose three items and then "sell" the items to the manager.
