Interview
I applied online and got a call back several months later. Honestly, I had forgot I had even applied there. The manager was really nice. My interview was only with one other person because someone didn't show up. However, the manager had a lot of interviews that she was doing. She asked some questions then made us go pick out an outfit for someone. For example she made me pick out an outfit for my mom. We then had to show her and another lady the outfit. The other lady was not very friendly. Afterwords the manager said she would call us in two weeks to let us know whether we got the job or not. After about a week I got a call wanting me to do an interview. When I said I had already been to one she apologized and said she meant to call someone else. She said she would call me back the next week with an answer. She never called back.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Old Navy (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2013

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Old Navy (Elk Grove, CA) in Jun 2015
Interview
It was a group interview with about 8 people. First we paired off and had to introduce the other person, then we briefly explained what position we were looking for. After that we had to put together a father's day outfit for under $35 (make sure you talk about the price before and after the discounts because it shows you know your merchandise). After that we had 1 on 1 interviews with another manager, and she told me the first manager really liked me and I basically had the job.
