I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Old Navy in Jun 2015
Interview
The interview process was beyond easy. Me and one other girl went in the back, while a manager explained herself and some facts about the store. We then had to share the item we brought that we were most passionate about. Then we had to go onto the sales floor, pick out an outfit and "sell" it to the manager. After that, she asked if we had any questions, which I recommend asking at least one, and that was it!
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Old Navy (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2013
Interview
- Phone interview: basic questions like "what makes you different?"
- For the second interview, they ask you to bring an item of personal value to you. During the group interview, you roll a dice and whatever item you get, you have to find it in the store. With the same item you are given an event that you are attending and told to plan an outfit and pitch it to the GM of the store.
- The final interview is a one on one with the GM. Asks about your experience all that. Just answer truthfully and don't get all stressed out its casual.
