Interview
Very easy group interview geared towards getting to know your personality. They ask you a little about yourself, what you would do in certain circumstance (Like if you noticed someone stealing or were dealing with a difficult customer) They definitely are looking for young, engaging, and excited people to work on the floor. I didn't have any prior retail experience before this interview.

Interview
Back when I interviewed two years ago, it was a group interview so for me, it's easier since it's a more relaxing environment. But I know now, it starts off with a phone interview and if the managers like you, they will call you back for a one on one interview with the store manager.

A week later they called me for another interview with the manager and that interview took 20mins. They said they will call me at the end of he week.
