Interview
I got a call back about a week after I applied & had a quick 5 minute phone interview. Basic questions were asked: Why did you apply? What do you like about the store? What do you dislike? Then set up a in-person interview. I was asked to bring an item that meant a lot to me. It was a group interview, which was not stated before hand. They'll ask what 3 things Old Navy is known for (Flip-flops, jeans, and flag shirts) and they were impressed I knew all three. Then they'll give you an item and a setting to base an outfit off of and explain why you chose those items. It was a pretty laid back interview and actually kind of fun.

Interview
It was a group interview but other applicants never showed up so the interviewer just did a one on one interview with me. After asking me a few questions, she just left me to go help a customer. After making me wait for her to finish, the interviewer bid me to leave.

Interview
Went in for a group interview, which I didn't expect. About six of us mostly kids in high school. The hiring manager asked a lot of questions, and explained alot about the company. But I tried to make eye contact with her and I believe that's what got me the job even though we all got hired.
