To me, that tells me that they are in sync with the hiring manager and their needs for the role. Got a great impression from everyone.

You know if you got the job during the interview, the process was not long at all. The interview was about about 1h 30 min - 2h long. It was a group interview and you had to go on the floor and interact with customers.
