It was over the phone for me and it was fairly easy. The hiring manager asked a lot of questions like why do you want to work here, what are your qualifications, and etc.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
When did you deal with a challenge and how did you overcome it.
Awful. They are super unprofessional. I regret even applying. The manager smelled like wet clothes which is not good. Plus she was rude and condescending when she should be checking them clothes
I applied online. I interviewed at Old Navy (Colorado Springs, CO) in Jun 2020
Interview
I had a phone interview + was hired on the spot. I think that sort of hiring is pretty typical, especially for seasonal positions. There's not a huge need to have long interviews for employees who may only be there a few months. Anyway, the general manager was the one who interviewed me, and she just asked me if I'd worked retail, how I worked with others, how I would deal with an upset customer, etc. Very typical questions. The interview was maybe 10 minutes honestly.
