Old Navy interview questions

Interview process was straight forward like any other interview. Basic interview questions like tell me about yourself, prior retail experience, clothing experience, etc. The interview was more conversational and upbeat, versus a strict question by question intense interview. Relaxed and more of a conversation flow.

Very casual, sat one-on-one with the manager for 15-20 minutes in the store's backroom shortly after inquiring about a job opening. Mainly discussed my interests and the company's culture. Following the interview, they gave me the offer on the spot.
