Old Navy interview questions

3 rounds of interview, phone interview, then a group interview, and finally a one-to-one interview with the hiring manager. Very basic questions asked by the interviewer, such as previous experience, availability, etc.

Group interview - with a panel interviewing the candidates. Each panelist took turns asking questions. They were typical behavioral questions. Nothing unexpected, but they did make offers on the spot, which I did not expect.
