One of the worst experiences I have had in my life. I interviewed for the Linthicum, MD, position. The interview was easy and great, and two days after the interview, I was selected. The recruiter called me and said they would give me a certain amount of money, and I said that was the amount she had mentioned earlier, and I was okay with their offer. Then she said she would be in touch, but she never got back to me. I never declined the offer or negotiated the salary but was still rejected by the hiring manager. They never tried to make me an offer; they never tried to reach me. This is not how you should treat people. Don't make them an offer if you are going to do this. I hope karma gets to the recruiter and the hiring manager for how much anxiety and depression they have caused the other party.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman in Jan 2024
Interview
Asked me about past projects and a few basic technical questions. No code. Interviewers were chill. Remote doesn't seem to be an option. Just review basic OOP questions and you should be fine.

What is a linked list and give an example of what it's good for.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Bellevue, NE) in Oct 2021
Interview
The interview was on campus and very laidback. The questions weren’t anything to have to prepare for. NG did not drag you through hundreds of rounds of interviews before offering a position, which is nice for an internship.
