Very in depth process requiring to recall day to day activities and how to overcome certain issues that arise unexpectedly. The rest was very standard with a few curve balls like any interview but this want long winded or a time waste.

Question 1
What are some processes used to complete day to day tasking.
One hour phone screen. Several STAR behavioral type questions. Then easy open ended technical questions. How do you verify good results from FEA software (hand calcs). Note this was for an internal transfer.

Interview
The role and job description were for a system administrator, and I answered the system admin questions quit well but didn't get an offer because they were looking for someone that had more cyber hands-on skills which wasn't in the job description. I did have a masters in cybersecurity which was more education than most at this level.
