2. Hiring manager (Skills set matching): General behavioural questions and general situation based questions for the role applied.
3. Subject matter expert round: Average role based situation question.
4. Top leadership round: 30 min questions from top leaders to ensure leadership skills are matched. Average leadership & Behavioural questions.

second round: a simple usecase with java and database. They see how we see model the objects and the working usecases

In the 2 to 1 interview they go through your CV and they also ask how would you deal with certain situations.
The psychometric tests consist of numerical, written and reasoning tests.
The final interview will be with the team leader or director.
