Interview
Interview using the STAR process, you will be given several negative situations and asked to give examples. I was asked few technical questions although this was a job that requires some technical talent. I made it to the 2nd interview, but was never contacted after. I tried the recruiter (email address had been turned off) and even their HR talent Dept. and no response. I expect nothing if I don't get past the 1st round of interviews, but if I interview with t he hiring manager and hear nothing, I consider that highly unprofessional. I also suspect that the company hires based on age, just look at their websites and customer facing online presence and you will get my point. A great company it seems, and a job I really wanted, but they seem to not care about the applicant and maintaining a good reputation with potential employees
