Nielsen Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

2 part interview. First the recruiter will call you and ask you a few simple questions to know who you are and what your interest are with the company and position. Takes like 20 mins. 2nd interview is about 40 mins, they ask the same questions as the recruiter but add scenario based questions.
