Initial interview. Then a personality assessment. Then another interview to discuss the results and an overview of the compensation structure and to ask any questions. Next you fill out an application and review the compensation structure via a sent link. Then the final interview and formal offer.

The process is way too long for how low their pay is. First is a screening call, then a 3-4 hour long assessment. After this, three rounds coding, machine learning round and project presentation. They take too much time to schedule each of this. My interviewers came across as not smart and were trying incredibly hard to seem smart pulling some random stat concept and asking do you think this will be better for this, when we were talking about my work. Overall I didnt think it was a good fit and they didnt either I guess.
