New York Life interview questions

First interview is through zoom and they ask you the basic interview questions. It’s pretty sure 50/50 of you talking and the interviewer talking about the company. Second interview they invite you to tour the office and talk further about the job salary/benefits.

All are behavioral questions. Three rounds of interviews. The last round is all about introducing the benefit structure and how the commission works with all selected candidates. The manager that interviewed me was super nice, shows kindness and support.
