Interview
I interviewed for a role in which I had a high skills match. They were enthusiastic through the first three rounds (including in house recruiter screening) and the hiring manager, and then another manager. I was disappointed there was no follow up for several weeks and counting after that interview. (And yes I sent thank yous to each interviewer.) Obviously the organization moved on but I think it's unprofessional or at least not ideal to not communicate for that long, even to let you know they are going in another direction.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at New York Life
Interview
Interview process took the whole day. It involves job shadowing, attending a presentation about the daily job duties, and two rounds of interviews. Each round consists of two interviewers. The questions were average interview questions, but the day feels very long and meeting many employees of the company can be overwhelming, especially the information about the position itself.

Question 1
Imagine you have a 3-gallon jug and a 5-gallon jug. How would you measure out 4 gallons of water by using the two jugs? (this is supposed to test your capability of thinking outside the box)
