Three interview process, 1st interview to get to know each other and the company. 2nd interview give an overview of the position and how to be successful. Given homework to call fifteen people you know and ask them to answer a questionnaire to get a feel and understand if you are able to complete the job requirements.

Interview
They conduct a 5 interview process. They give you a homework assignment on the 2nd interview which is meant to see if you would be a good fit for the company. It basically lets you practice what you would do if you were hired. If this assignment is difficult for you, then you probably will not be successful in this field.

Interview
There is a 3 part interview process. If you seem like a good fit to the interviewing partner, you'll be invited to come in for part 2, where you'll watch a video and have compensation reviewed and have an opportunity to ask questions. During the 3rd part you'll be asked your thoughts and whether or not you think you can handle the work involved. From there you may be offered the opportunity to come on board with the agency.
