New York Life interview questions

You meet with the manager who is recruiting you to his/her sales force. You're asked about your interests, experience; company background is explained to you. The interview is very conversational: you're not being grilled so much as observed, most likely for your communication skills, personable demeanor, dress, etc. You're basically told "this job isn't for everybody, but for the right person, it's the best career you could have, at the best company". The salary base it is just by commission and you got to have a prospect's list otherwise you are going to try to find people on your own, so that was the main reason.
