Interview
You meet with the manager who is recruiting you to his/her sales force. You're asked about your interests, experience; company background is explained to you. The interview is very conversational: you're not being grilled so much as observed, most likely for your communication skills, personable demeanor, dress, etc. You're basically told "this job isn't for everybody, but for the right person, it's the best career you could have, at the best company". I'd say that was pretty accurate. There is a computerized test, to see if you're candidate material: This is before training begins and before the NY State licensing exam.
