3 Step process. Phone call, followed by three (3) meetings in total. A lot of pitching the company and what they could do for me, then it was about what I could do for them. Final meeting was formalities and explaining how my career would begin. Overall it was a great experience. I really could not (and still can't) get enough of the positive energy that is overflowing in the office. Everyone is so excited about helping families secure long term financial safety, and it got me hooked.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at New York Life (New York, NY) in Oct 2015
Interview
Arrived and took a personality quiz. First interview did not accomplish much and was basically a sales pitch to me. I get the impression that this company will hire just about anyone. Second interview is an information session and third is the actual interview where they will make a choice.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at New York Life (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2014
Interview
2 day inerview process. Very good presentation made by Managing Partner. The way he explained compensation and benefits was excellent. The overall presentation was great and made you you really want the opportunity to be part of the company.
