New York Life interview questions

Very efficient phone interview. Applied online and got a phone interview later. The interviewer was nice and professional and asked about 5 questions. They was mostly behavioral. Afterwards she also gave me enough time to ask her questions. The whole process lasted about 15 minutes. She told me the next step in process is on-site interview, but later I got a second phone interview from a different interviewer.

1 weeks after I applied online I received a call from HR to arrange an interview with the partner. I went to Edison, NJ office and waited for around 30 mins and had a 15 mins interview. He was friendly and a little bit aggressive, but very nice.
