Way too long- a lot of time spent asking about friends and family which would be the first ones they want you to go to for sales. It was a very long interview and there was little talk about actual compensation plan and how it would work...IF you didn't meet the required sales amounts. There was a lot of hype about how much you COULD earn, but it did not pan out.
