Interview
You will first interview by telephone with HR. If you proceed to the next round you will speak directly with your potential manager. The HR interview consisted of basic interview questions. The interview with the manager will be more random as they are typically not working off a script. It will mostly consist of questions related to that specific department.

long process. one phone interview and had two in person interviews (one with the manager and one with the higher up) and one assessment test.
comprehensive and long back ground check required. must obtain insurance license before you get offered from the company.

Interview
They call you into the office for a one on one interview, about two in total. They want to see that you are driven to run and build your own business. And they want to see that you have the personality to make that happen. Having a market of people to target also helps. They like to see your involvement in the community and your social circles outside of work.
