Erica was professional and informative. I didn’t know where to start but she helped me divide my assets and gave sound advice. The interview process was the most horrendous process I have ever gone through. My initial phone interview left me feeling like my experience and professional worth was nonexistent. They interviewer called me 20 minutes late without any warning. During the interview, I was interrupted multiple times before I could answer questions, and every answer I gave was met with a rude and argumentative response. At one point, I was asked the same question in three different ways while the interviewer paid no mind to my responses and continued to make side comments that were both unprofessional and distracting . The interviewer proceeded to belittle me for not having a Masters degree (meanwhile this interviewer had initially reached out to me after reviewing my resumé, where it is clear I have not completed my Masters degree) and told me to lower my bar both for roles I was aiming for and my salary requirements. I was spoken to as if I were inept and the interviewer repeatedly described tasks of the role which I had already clearly communicated as having extensive experience in my current position. The interviewer also decided to be “fully transparent” and inform me that I was the weakest candidate they were interviewing. I wish that this was an exaggeration, as a human capital professional, the events of this interview were shocking. Truly a completely unprofessional experience, created a negative light in representing the organizational culture at this company.
