I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at New York Life (Tampa, FL) in Mar 2022
Interview
Applied online through the company's website. Got a call from the recruiter the same day - within a few hours - and scheduled a 15 minute phone interview with the recruiter.
The phone interview felt relaxed. Confirmed availability for the required dates & hours / some basic information of what to expect in this role / ability to commute to the office (even though the job will be entirely remote/work from home).
Was offered second interview of 45minutes over zoom with 2 hiring managers. Recruiter emphasized the second interview will be behavioral and to plan for that, and that she would email me a tip sheet.
Total: 2 interviews. A 15 minute phone interview with recruiter, then 45 minute video interview with 2 hiring managers.

I applied online. I interviewed at New York Life (Irvine, CA) in Mar 2022
Interview
The "partner" or hiring manager was very welcoming and friendly. The interview was more on the casual side and was very informative. The first half is based on the partner getting to know you. The second was information on the role and responsibilities associated with it. Payment structure and benefits are also part of the second half.
Phone interview, was a typical phone interview with three part questions. I was not offered the job after two rounds of interviews and did not find out for months after wards.
