Applied through LinkedIn. I was reached by a recruiter who worked directly with the partner who wanted to hire me. I had an online video interview with the recruiter first, then another video interview with the partner and they hired me. Nothing hard to pass, their standards to hire are not that high

Show up and show interest and the job is yours. They pretty much sell you the dream and the job. The partners aren't able to sell insurance anymore, so they make most of their money through recruiting.
