Pretty smooth and quick, as long as you speak proper and have a good background they will want you there. It’s a 2-3 step process. Just make sure it’s for you because it seems to be a tough grind. I honestly left it alone.

The interviewer was over half an hour late, proceeded to call me 5 times in a row, and text me nonstop. Highly unprofessional and dismissive, considering how competitive this market currently is. No apology or anything, came up with many excuses.
