I applied online. I interviewed at NEXT (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jan 2025
Interview
I applied online. This was followed by an online interview and finally an in person stage which was the final stage.
The interview felt like it went okay (could have gone better, could have gone worse) and I was told I would hear back by the end of the week. However, I never heard back again. After a few weeks I tried contacting for feedback but again got no response. Otherwise I didn’t think it a bad interview process but the lack of response at the final stage did put it in a much more negative light to me.

Virtual Interview with scenario questions, Online interview with a Merchandiser in one department mainly revolving around myself, my skills, and why I want to work for NEXT/work as a merchandiser. Online technical interview with a Merchandiser from another department. This consisted of a few simple statistic questions (i.e. percentage differences) and a few tasks using spreadsheets and ranking the popularity of different types of products. Was told at the end of each interview if I was moving on to the next or got the job! Both of my interviewers were lovely and made me even more excited to start at NEXT!
