Interview
Quick interview, lasted about an hour.
Actual interview lasted around 20 minutes including normal interview questions. Then I went downstairs for half an hour. I did 15 minutes meeting and greeting customers into the store then another 15 minutes shadowing people on the sales floor/tills. After that, I went back upstairs and I found out I got the job :)
They then gave me a £10 gift card and £10 cash for any travel expenses.
