Interview
Email received saying I was shortlisted, telephone call within next few days. Asked four questions.
The interviewer was impressed with my answers and called back within the hour to arrange a team assessment.
Attended the assessment, spent 10 minutes putting security tags on clothes and 10 minutes putting clothes away.
I corrected a mistake, stock in wrong place, and they were impressed.
Quick interview afterwards, very friendly and informal, was told I was successful at the end of the interview.
£10 cash and £10 gift card for attending.

Interview
Online application followed by a short telephone interview. This was followed up by a in store interview, and an easy twenty minute trial period covering customers and changing rooms, then another twenty minutes behind the till. It was really easy and after that we discussed my contract and the hours I would be expected to work. This was then followed up by watching a Health and Safety video with other candidates before starting work. Overall, the process took about two weeks.

Interview
Interview went fine, laid back but slightly informal and was constantly getting other people to interview me.
I was offered the job and I took it but was also offered the apprentice scheme but declined because after one month working there... most of the other new employees agreed with me, nothing against the company just the high up management was pretty lazy.
