I was interviewed by two people and I was not told what job it was for until I got there. It was a good interview but they expected me to know more about what they did without even working there. A bit of company background could have helped from them.

Interview
Very quick and painless. I applied online and they reached out via email within weeks. They set up a phone interview with the head of the department for which I applied- skipping the initial HR interview.

Question 1
It was not too much question answer like your everyday interview. Mine was much more conversational. We spoke about tv, the tv business, and the specific network I was interviewing for. We discussed tv trends and transformations within the industry. I was able to hold my own and drive the conversation.

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter. After an initial phone screen, I had two 30-minute phone interviews with potential supervisors. There was a discrepancy between the recruiter's understanding of the position and the supervisors' understanding of the position.
