I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at NBCUniversal
Interview
I had a referral but I had to still apply online and follow through with the process. It was well-organized... I did the video interview which allows you 2 retries if you are unhappy with the first go. Few weeks later got an email to set up an in-person interview and 3-4 weeks later I got an offer via email!
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NBCUniversal (Sídney) in Feb 2014
Interview
The interview process was incredibly easy and straightforward. I had a one on one interview with my supervisor that I would be working for and he was very friendly. The interview was more informational than anything else; more of them talking about what the internship would entail rather than asking me hard questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked about the types of tasks I would be doing and whether I would be interested in that, about my background and what type of career I was wanting to pursue.
I applied online. I interviewed at NBCUniversal (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2016
Interview
After applying online through their campus2career website, I got a response from their HR team to send in a video interview. Didn't hear back from them for over a month, but finally got an email back from another HR of the specific department I had applied for. I came in to interview with them, met with 2 different employers, and never heard back again. Interview questions were very typical and vague. Nothing tricky or too hard to answer.
