I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at NBCUniversal in Jul 2016
Interview
The hardest part of the process is getting someone to reach out to you after you submit your application. It could be months before you (may) hear from a recruiter. After my submission, I i was reached out to do a pre-recorded video response. The next day, i was called for a phone interview with two recruiters who asked questions and gave me a full idea of what the position was. From there, i spoke with a hiring manager and then a week later, i was asked to send in my resume again. Didn't hear anything again for a week, and was then told that i did not get the job.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NBCUniversal in Apr 2016
Interview
I applied through my university. Had to do the video interview online which was a little awkward, but you get a retry if you're not happy with your first recording. Turnaround was very quick; I was contacted for a phone interview with the recruiter and hiring manager the next week, and got the offer by 5pm the following day after my interview.

If you make the cut, you will be sent a link to record a video interview of yourself answering the questions provided. The questions are typical interview questions about you and your experience and why you're interested in the company. After that, your interview is seen by hiring managers, and they will correspond with you if they like you.
