I applied online. I interviewed at Motorola Solutions in Oct 2023
Interview
Terrible. I interviewed 24 summer intern with their Chicago office. Interview conducted via Google Meet with 1 manager and 1 analyst. Two of them were late to the interview and showed no clue who I was and why we were doing an interview. They did not prepare any questions at all. I did not feel well respected as an applicant at all. Not recommend a career at MS.

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Motorola Solutions (Hong Kong) in May 2019
Interview
Introduce myself first. Then the project engineers asked me about the project that I did in the university. They asked me whether I was interested in Hardware and Software design. The whole process was about 1 hour.

Interview
The interview process was smooth, and efficient. There was clear communication and their intern programs are very streamlined. I interviewed first with a recruiter then the team manager, and they asked me mostly about my skills related to the project they had in mind for me.
