I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Motorola Solutions (Albuquerque, NM) in Nov 2023
Interview
Interview process was fast. Recieved offer - accepted and then rejected it due to the recruiter and onboarding teams disrespect and huge change in culture after I signed my offer letter.
I have never rejected a job after signing, let alone a company like Motorola. HR was rude, combative and overall ruined the hiring process.
Would have loved to work at Motorola just not with the terrible culture.
