I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Motorola Solutions (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2018
Interview
A few first round intereviews over the phone that were mostly conversational. Then an in-person day that was 4 1/2 hours with an hour and half case study. The case study was fairly straight forward but a bit tight on time. Everyone on the team was very nice and happy to answer questions about the group and the role.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Motorola Solutions in Aug 2018
Interview
MS interview process is very immature , the HR and technical team appears to have disconnect what are the requirements and what they are hiring for. I was given a coding problem to solve it and next step was to have a call to discuss my solution.
They have been in touch with me for 2 months and after I send them solution to the coding problem, they did not provide any feedback on it nor they bother to discuss my solution.
