Mercer Consultant interview questions

Well structured process which begins with a Case Study and subsequent Interviews followed by offer in case of a selection . . . . . . . . . .

Interview process was smooth, I had given 2 rounds within 2 weeks time and cleared both of them. HR said they will roll out my offer letter shortly but after 1 month when I rejected another offer because I wanted to go in Mercer, they denied and never rolled out an offer. This is very unprofessional and I would suggest you to not trust the HR unless they roll out an offer and till you join. I trusted the company's reputation and brand but you shouldn't. Especially if you are shortlisted through third party, they will make you believe that they are on your side but again this is false. Coming to salary part they offer less than market and they usually have budget issues.
