Mercer Consultant interview questions

Submitted the application, and received an online interview invitation within 3 days. After passing the online interview, I was invited to an in-person interview (this was the process 4 years ago).

HR did the first call and the follow up call was with the hiring manager. The first interview consisted of background questions, why are you looking for a job, what skills to you bring. The next round was with the hiring manager which reviewed more technical questions
