Mercer Consultant interview questions

This interview was one of those 1-way recorded interviews. Mostly behavioral questions. They give you 2 minutes to answer most questions which felt like too much time. They give you a minute between each question to think through your response. Never heard back.

OK, pretty straight forward. Get to meet people from the team which is helpful to know the company from different perspective. Doesn't seem to be very structured however. Seems different candidates have different experience.
