- Hiring manager call 1-1 (1 hour) focussed on experience and ensured I had an understanding of the role
- Take home task about the product, Decent task, nothing too hectic but you needed to school up on the product.
- Presentation of task to hiring manager. This was a bit irksome because the task set is not something that's ever done in the role. Even though I did well I wondered what was the point.
- Director call. Actually quite insightful as Director was very focussed on ensuring this was the right role for me, rather than me trying to convince him.
