The whole process lasted just over 3 months. First was an HR screening in which the recruiter didn't seem to know too much about how the role fit in and what the requirements were. Second was a case study, third a behavioural and fourth a technical round (which wasn't really technical but just spoke to a technical person). Different interviewers gave me different descriptions of the role and the team set-up. I was told they were looking to hire 5 people but at the end they said they actually only hired 1. One of the interviewers decided to put me on another interview track for another team which was supposed to be a minimum of 2 more interviews. After 1 month of radio silence I was then told this role was actually filled internally.
