My interview process included an initial HR screening, interviews with the hiring managers, a case study assessment, and a language proficiency test. The interviews were very organized and efficient throughout. The questions asked were highly structured, and the hiring managers took the time to thoroughly explain the expectations of the roles and provide valuable insights into the job as well. Overall great experience for me!

Interview
Applied online and was contacted by HR about a month later. Had a first screening interview online and was immediately booked for an in-person interview with the hiring manager. During the interview I was asked behavioural questions as well as a small business case. However, this was over a month ago and has not received any feedback since. I've sent two followup emails, but is no receiving any updates. Totally ghosted. I'm very disappointed since I had two interviews where I actually met with people. They should not be ghosting applicants.
Edit: now over 6 weeks after my interview with the hiring manager and two follow up emails to the recruiter with no answer I received an automated noreply email stating that the position has been filled. No feedback or anything. I am so so disappointed with the way this process has been handled and it makes me not want to apply to Mastercard again.
