Interview
Applied online through LinkedIn, the entire interview process took about two months. I had two interview sessions in total, a video interview with HireVue and an in-person interview with the Audit Management Team at the New Jersey Office.
The in-person interview was a great experience, I met with Senior Manager and Directors from the Department and they were very knowledgeable and passionate about Company. During the interview, they provided a great overview of the day-to-day operations within the Department.
I was notified with an offer a day after in-person interview and have accepted the offer.
I applied online. I interviewed at Marsh (Hoboken, NJ) in Feb 2018
Interview
The process was very streamlined and HR did a good job communicating with me. The management team were very professional during the interview process. The background process went well with email communication daily. I had to call Sterling with a questions and they were very helpful. It was a very positive experience.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Marsh (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2018
Interview
Recruiter contacted me and did an initial screening. A phone interview with HR was setup to review the job description and my background. This went well and I was passed onto the hiring manager two weeks later due to travel on his end. Phone interview was one-on-one and went well. Discussion was around consulting, Marsh and McLennan business model, offerings, and services provided to clients. The issue was the department I was interviewing on follows Prince 2 PM methodology and I did not have experience with this methodology, just PMI. This pretty much ended the conversation and was told they would not move forward.
