I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Marsh in Mar 2010
Interview
Very organized, but it took a while for them to get back to me. In the final interview, I spoke with the US Director of Risk Consulting. He was very attentive on the phone, and we spoke for about an hour. He seemed genuinely concerned about what I was looking for.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Marsh (New York, NY) in Mar 2010
Interview
Still in process. To date, I have had one phone screen with the hiring mgr, followed by three face-to-face interviews, followed by two additional phone interviews. Now scheduled for three more face-to-face interviews and one more phone interview bringing the total to ten. Be prepared to discuss your resume in detail and how your skills are relevant. They ask hard questions. Be able to discuss strategy and your opinions on how to get things done. Very important that you "fit in" at Marsh and be able to deal with multiple issues and personalities effectively. Very high-performance, buttoned-down environment. You have to show that you are comfortable in a large complex organization.
