I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Marsh (New York, NY) in Oct 2017
Interview
I had to answer a few questions online using a video recording software, followed by two Skype interviews and a day of in-person interviews. Essentially they wanted to find out A) if I had the skills, experience and desire to do the job, and B) if I was a team player (aka someone who “plays nice in the sandbox) who would fit the corporate culture. In years past I’ve heard they use difficult “brain teaser” questions, but I didn’t get any of those. All in all it was a great experience. The one bit of advice I would give MMC is to be more transparent with candidates they were not interested in hiring. Some of my colleagues at school interviewed for the same role and didn’t hear back for many weeks.

Interview
The process starts with a video interview followed by an on-site panel interview. The process moves very fast but you get enough directions along the way. It is very critical that you approach the video interview as you would a regular one. Dress appropriately and do your research ahead of time.
